At Chabad Maple Hebrew School we imbue the children with a love for Torah,  a Love for Hashem, a Love for the Jewish People, and a love for the land of Israel.

Hebrew Language

Aleph ChampThe students learn to read and write Hebrew through a fun and competative Aleph Champ program. After completeing this program your child will be comfortable walking into any Shul and reading from the Siddur. Our advanced Ulpan program teaches children to converse in modern day Hebrew.


Torah and Jewish History

In Torah classes children will learn stories from the Torah. Program includes on overview of everything from the story of creation through the jewish exile and exodus from Egypt, until the Jews prepare to enter the land of Israel. Through this program children create a strong connection to our rich Jewish heritage and the land of Israel. 


Rosh HashanaLessons on each Jewish holiday will fill the calendar as we proceed from Rosh Hashana and the High Holidays through the holiday of Shavuot. The students will gain a deeper understanding of each holiday, its traditions and customs. Chabad Hebrew School will also host holiday celebrations for our students and their families.


Pushkah 2Why do women light Shabbat candles? Why is Shabbat such a special day in the week? Why do we have a Mezuzah on our doors? Why is the bride veiled at a Jewish wedding? This class will teach basic Mitzvot to the younger grades and provide insightful meaning of more complex Mitzvot to the older grades.


Arts and Crafts

Art projects are incorporated into our curriculum to add excitement to the upcoming holidays and Mitzvot. Our projects have Jewish holiday and Mitzvah themes and bring the lessons we learn to life.
