Do you have a son in Grade 7 or 8 approaching his Bar Mitzvah soon? Or has he reached this milestone, but you haven't yet celebrated because you're unsure where to begin? Perhaps you've planned the party but are looking to add more meaning to your sons Bar Mitzvah Experience. If you want to make this moment really count, the Bar Mitzvah Club is the perfect place for your son! 

At Bar Mitzvah Club your son will learn of the great significance of becoming Bar Mitzvah and the responsibilities of a young Jewish Man. He will learn how to put on Tefillin and feel comfortable in Shul. He will understand his place in the long rich History of Am Yisrael. All through fun and creative hands on activities.

When:

The club will meet on ten Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:30pm, running from October through May. The program will feature engaging Torah learning, along with a variety of hands-on activities and creative crafts. The boys will also meet for a Bar Mitzvah boys Shabbat Dinner and a year end Tefillin & Brunch.

Meetings will generally be held at Chabad of Maple and lead by Rabbi Chezky Deren.

The Brunch:

The club will conclude with a beautiful Sunday morning Brunch, where every boy will have the opportunity to put on Tefillin on his own and celebrate his Bar Mitzvah year with family and friends.

Cost and Payments :
$450 The cost of the club is for the whole season and includes the boys Friday night dinner and year end Sunday morning brunch.

A $100 discount is applied for previous and current Chabad Maple Hebrew School students.
